- Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are accurate and that someone is available to receive the order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take care to package every order securely before dispatch. If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and assist with an appropriate resolution.

Storage Upon Delivery
Our chocolates are best enjoyed at room temperature. Please refer to our Storage & Care page for instructions on storing your chocolates and gifting products.
